About The Position

Basement Systems of Indiana is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and service our waterproofing, foundation repair, and crawl space systems while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in basements, crawl spaces, and other confined areas.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule.
Nice To Haves
- Construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home service experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance and service appointments.
- Diagnose issues and complete repairs on existing basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and crawl space systems.
- Educate homeowners on system performance and recommend additional solutions when appropriate.
- Build trust with customers through professionalism and outstanding service.
- Complete service reports accurately and maintain company equipment and vehicle.
- Work safely while following company procedures and industry best practices.
