About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks. The service tech will provide general maintenance support to sites, including painting, building/repairing structures, interiors, shelving, and cabinets. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and performing preventive maintenance on store equipment. Additionally, the role involves facilitating repairs by contacting service vendors for materials, maintaining continuity among work teams through documentation and communication, and participating in training for existing and new equipment. Other duties as assigned or deemed necessary will also be part of the responsibilities, contributing to the team's overall success.

Requirements

• Must have the manual dexterity to operate equipment, work in confined spaces, able to use hand/electric cart, able to use power and hand tools, required crouching and/or crawling, able to use a ladder, and must be able to lift up 80 lbs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, changing priorities and ability to work independently.
• 3-5 years experience in the A/C, Refrigeration or Genreal Maintenance field.
• Requires driving a company vehicle to different store locations throughout the division.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
