In this role, overnight travel may be required every other week (Monday night through Thursday night) within the region. During these times, $25 per day, plus any overtime earned, will be included in the following week's pay.

Requirements

At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
Demonstrated comfort and experience at heights of up to 36 feet, preferably using an extension ladder.
Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, drug/alcohol testing, and any customer-required screenings.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools, read basic work instructions, and follow standard procedures.
Comfort using mobile applications and handheld devices to document work. specifically smart phones.
Ability to meet the essential physical, travel, and schedule requirements of the role, including lifting and moving up to 50 lbs., daily territory travel, and occasional overnight travel or overtime.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in industrial, commercial, or other controlled-access customer environments preferred (roofing, pest control, cable technician, construction, facility maintenance, route driver roles, etc.).
Experience performing filter service, preventive maintenance, or related HVAC/refrigeration support tasks helpful.

Responsibilities

Follow assigned daily and weekly route schedules; arrive on time and complete services within expected service windows.
Perform scheduled filter service and related maintenance tasks, including removing and replacing filters, cleaning housings, inspecting units, checking airflow and fit, and verifying proper operation for commercial size HVAC units (Walmart, Walgreens, Dollar General, etc.), most times on a rooftop.
Load, unload, and organize filters, tools, and supplies; maintain accurate inventory and return or transfer materials as required.
Provide route coverage and support for other territories as needed, including occasional overnight travel.
