Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of multifamily experience with a focus on repairs, maintenance, and customer service.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC or EPA certification is preferred.
- Experience in pool operation and maintenance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Handling all service requests promptly and efficiently.
- Taking care of pool maintenance and landscaping.
- Ensuring grounds care and preventive maintenance on a daily basis.
