About The Position

The Service Technician is a position responsible for certain aspects of service and maintenance operations within service stations and convenience gas stations. This role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards. This person is expected to lead by example, demonstrating technical skills and a commitment to quality and safety.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must have a valid Driver License.
  • Familiarity with computer operations and an aptitude for learning computer skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, standing 8-10 hours per day.
  • Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through difficult issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all duties of a Service Technician, including installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
  • Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Manage resources, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including comprehensive reports on complex issues and resolutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
