Rite-Hite Service Technicians will install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact.

Requirements

Experience welding.
Experience working with mechanical systems.
Experience working with hydraulic systems.
Experience working with electrical systems.
Ability to work independently in a field environment.
Good customer service skills.
Ability to work outdoors.
Ability to work at heights.
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must pass a DOT physical.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.
Act as a technical resource for customers and the sales force.
Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment.
Serve as a primary customer contact.
