About The Position

Rite-Hite Service Technicians are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. This role also involves acting as a technical resource for both customers and the sales force. Service Technicians operate independently or in small teams within a field service environment and serve as a primary point of contact for customers.

Requirements

Experience welding
Experience working with mechanical systems
Experience working with hydraulic systems
Experience working with electrical systems
Ability to work independently in a field environment
Good customer service skills
Ability to work outdoors
Ability to work at heights
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Pass a pre-employment drug test
Possess a clean driving record
Pass a DOT physical

Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment
