This position is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping the store, and locating products. The role ensures a fast and friendly checkout experience, handles truck unloading, and performs merchandise duties including maintaining store recovery standards to meet Brand Promises. The Service Team Member will also engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the role involves participating in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is required, along with interacting positively and respectfully with others, promoting organizational vision and values, and serving as a role model. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production, and performing other duties as assigned.
