This position is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping the store, and helping them find what they are looking for. The role ensures customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include truck unloading, merchandise tasks throughout the store, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises. The Service Team Member will also engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the role involves participating in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, performing merchandise recovery and maintenance, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs is required, along with interacting positively and respectfully with others, promoting the organization's vision and values, and serving as a role model. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
