This role is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping the store, and helping them find what they need. The position ensures a fast and friendly checkout experience, completes truck unloading and merchandise duties, and maintains store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises. The Service Team Member will also engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, they participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes, perform merchandise recovery and maintenance, support shrink and safety programs, and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. The role requires interacting positively and respectfully with others, promoting organizational vision and values, and serving as a role model. This position is cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production, with other duties as assigned.
