The Service Team Member role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. This role also involves completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. Additionally, the Service Team Member will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The position requires participation in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, as well as merchandise recovery and maintenance. The Service Team Member will also support shrink and safety programs, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, and interact positively with others, promoting the organization's vision and values. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
