Service Team Members are responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. This role involves completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. Additionally, Service Team Members engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). They also participate in stocking, planogram processes, merchandise recovery, and support shrink and safety programs. The role requires adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, interacting positively with others, and promoting the organization's vision and values. Team members may also be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
