About The Position

Scout Space is building a new way to see and operate in space, aiming to make space safer through a new paradigm of data empowering every satellite. As a rapidly-growing team, we are deploying real solutions to orbit over the next two years, and our work will transform spaceflight. We seek individuals who bring excitement, energy, curiosity, and a desire to learn, contributing to driving our programs forward. Our team values open-mindedness, transparency, and the belief that 'All Ships Rise with the Tide.' We foster a culture where the best people do their best work by building frameworks for tackling open-ended problems without bias, and we don't limit ourselves to any single mode of problem-solving. We hire in areas such as Engineering & Design, Science & Innovation, Project Management, Sales, Marketing & Communications, and Business Operations. We are building an incredible hybrid-office environment based in Reston, Virginia, and an ability to commute to our office a few days per week will be a career-accelerating opportunity for most Scout positions.
