This role also involves completing truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintaining store recovery standards, and supporting various in-store processes like Omni channel operations (BOPIS and SFS), inventory optimization (SISO), and planogram execution. Team Members are expected to engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and adhere to company policies and standards.
