This position is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The role also involves completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. Additionally, team members will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Participation in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes is also a key responsibility. The role requires adherence to standard operating procedures, company programs, and policies to ensure compliance and a positive work environment. Team members will interact respectfully with others, remain positive, and serve as role models. Cross-training in Custom Framing is also part of the role, along with other duties as assigned.
