This position is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The role also involves completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the brand promise. Team members will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the role requires participation in stocking and planogram processes, merchandise recovery and maintenance, Store In Stock Optimization (SISO), and AD set duties. Team members will also support shrink and safety programs, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and interact positively with others, promoting the organization's vision and values.
