They also play a key role in store operations, including truck unloading, merchandise stocking, maintaining store recovery standards, and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role involves engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and supporting shrink and safety programs. Team Members are expected to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, interact respectfully with others, and promote the organization's vision and values. Additionally, this role may involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
