Service Support
About The Position
Topgolf is seeking a fun-loving, dedicated and caring Service Support Playmaker to help deliver excellent experiences for Players and fellow Playmakers in a fast-paced, collaborative entertainment environment. The role involves greeting Players, delivering food and drinks to bays, preparing non-alcoholic beverages, and keeping service areas clean and stocked. Team members may also assist wherever needed, including restocking stations, supporting the tee line and cleaning common areas. The position requires following safety and sanitation standards and living Topgolf’s values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage and Caring. It is physically active, with most of the shift spent on your feet and tasks that may include lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, using stairs, bending, stooping and walking throughout a high-volume environment. The posting describes hourly positions and says day, night and weekend shifts are available for both part-time and full-time seekers.

Responsibilities
- Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
- Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently so Players have what they need.
- Assist in preparing non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain clean and stocked service areas.
- Bus bays and tables and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
- Support the team where needed, including restocking stations, helping on the tee line and cleaning common areas.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards and keep the work area clean, safe and compliant.
