About The Position

Service Support assists Bartenders, Cocktail Staff, and Wait Staff by maintaining cleanliness and providing support to ensure fast, friendly, and accommodating service. The role helps deliver a Guest experience combining food, drinks, and games in a fun environment while following company safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Team members may work days, nights, and/or weekends as required. Restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to communicate clearly with Guests and other Team members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly with Guests and other Team members.
• Must be able to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Must be able to read and write handwritten notes.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to move about the facility and stand for long periods; walking or standing for 100% of the shift is required.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant and/or bar experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bus stand cleanliness and stocking, and keep wait stations clean.
• Empty trash and spot-sweep floors as needed or when requested by a Manager.
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including party breakdown duties.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift changes or closing.
• Ensure food is properly garnished before running it to Guests.
• Follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure food is delivered timely and correctly.
• Bus and reset tables.
• Deliver food to tables and ensure Guests have what they need.
• Assist Guests by clearing dishes and glassware and refilling beverages.
• Assist with party setup.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness and restock supplies.
• Clean high chairs and booster chairs.
• Assist other Team members as needed or when business needs dictate.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
