Beyond technical expertise, you'll have the opportunity to influence processes and directly support commercial success. In this hands-on and dynamic role, you will diagnose, calibrate, repair, and maintain sophisticated life sciences instrumentation, including flow cytometers, imaging/detection platforms, cell and gene therapy systems, and protein purification instruments. You'll provide exceptional customer service while ensuring all repairs meet our rigorous quality standards. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Technical certifications relevant to instrument repair and calibration.
  • Strong technical expertise in calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair procedures.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal systems/data tracking tools.
  • Excellent documentation abilities for service reports and technical procedures.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptable and willing to take on responsibilities outside of the core role when needed.
  • Ability to quickly pivot priorities in response to business needs.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screen.

  • Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or related technical field.
