This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of the service department. Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers appropriately
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Greet customers and assist with service check-in/check-out processes
  • Process customer payments and cashier transactions
  • Assist with warranty-related calls, follow-up, and paperwork
  • Maintain accurate customer and service records
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and customers
  • Help manage workflow and customer communication during high-volume periods
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties
  • Other duties as assigned
