About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to work with the customer-facing service team both on route and in-house. This middle-management role has direct supervisory and leadership accountability. The supervisor oversees a team that provides customer service, sales, and product pickup and delivery, and ensures customers receive high-quality service and products efficiently. The position also oversees customer relationships, contract renewals, internal sales, route efficiency, and driver compliance. The supervisor drives a company-owned vehicle to customer sites and assists the service team with lifting, carrying, and walking in and out of customer accounts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Meet Department of Transportation (DOT) or provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver's license before the first day of employment.
• Be at least 21 years of age before the first day of employment.
• Obtain DOT medical certification before the first day of employment.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment before the first day of employment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working in a sales-related role.
• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry.
• Training or instructor experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team in customer service, sales, and product pickup and delivery.
