Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and restaurant operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills daily to guide and support the service team, ensuring that all guests receive attentive and courteous service.
  • Problem-solving skills are essential for quickly addressing and resolving any customer or staff issues that arise during service.
  • Organizational skills are applied in managing staff schedules, coordinating with kitchen staff, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
