About The Position

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is hiring a Service Supervisor to oversee apartment maintenance at Stonewood Apartments in Durham, North Carolina. This full-time role leads maintenance operations and helps ensure the property's apartments and facilities remain in excellent condition. The work includes overseeing apartment work orders and turnovers, performing repairs to HVAC systems, plumbing, appliances, and electrical systems, and carrying out preventative maintenance. The supervisor leads and supports maintenance team members while maintaining high standards for customer service, resident satisfaction, safety, compliance, and property upkeep. Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in residential property maintenance or a similar field.
CFC and HVAC certification.
Strong training in plumbing and electrical systems.
Expertise in general apartment maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and electrical systems.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties if needed.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Positive, solution-oriented attitude and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Dependable, hardworking approach.
