About The Position
We are looking for friendly, experienced food service professionals to complete our supervisor team, serving great food to hungry students using state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Our staff have every-other weekend off, paid holidays, opportunities for training and advancement and time off between semesters to spend with family and friends during the winter holidays.
Requirements
- Management and leadership experience
- Basic food handling
- Microsoft Office, emails, word documents, etc
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable
- Team player
- Working well under pressure
- Multi-tasking
Responsibilities
- Supervise and work alongside a team of late-night service staff, preparing food orders for hungry students.
- Train new service employees according to prescribed training schedule
- Assist the Service Manager with all aspects of service and employees
- Assisting in recruitment and hiring of new employees
- Communicate regularly with management about workplace needs and improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
