The Service SIOP Manager is responsible for leading the Service Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process to ensure accurate demand planning, inventory alignment, and cross-functional coordination in support of service business objectives. This role manages a team of demand planners located both in the U.S. and Budapest, driving a consistent global planning approach while supporting regional business needs. The Service SIOP Manager will oversee demand forecasting, planning performance, and process improvement activities, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making using SO99 and Microsoft Excel as primary planning tools. The role partners closely with supply chain, operations, commercial, finance, service teams, and channel partners to balance customer demand, inventory strategy, and operational capabilities.
