About The Position

Ability to direct day to day operation of a service ship with a diverse product line. Work with Service Manager and Service Advisors to coordinate repairs of customer vehicles. Meet time schedules and maintain productivity levels of tech. Maintain quality standards while maintaining a safe, clean environment and a professional atmosphere. Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Evaluates all estimates for jobs to maintain profitability Reviews repair orders for accuracy Maintains a safe working environment Maintains a clean working environment Work closely with Service Manager and Service Advisors Other duties as assigned. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 3 years' related experience and/or training.
Excellent communication and customer service experience.
Good attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Prior supervisory and/or management experience.
Previous experience with a commercial dealership.
Freightliner experience.
