TA Instruments is seeking a Service/Sales Support Assistant for the Service Department. This role is responsible for shared services including triaging the Service Helpline mailbox, directing inquiries to the appropriate group or department, entering Service Stock orders as needed, issuing Return Authorizations, and processing Miscellaneous Shipping Orders. The position will also collaborate with the Inside Service Sales group to process incoming Purchase Orders, resolve discrepancies between quotes and POs, ensure accurate data mining, and prepare analytics reports as required.
