About The Position

Automated Logic is looking for a Service Sales Representative to join our growing team! We are seeking an established Service Sales Professional supporting various Outside Sales activities and customer relationship management for Automated Logic. Responsible for supporting the company's interests and establishing business relationships to enhance outside sales performance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ Years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC Controls, Lighting Systems, OR Service sales in a technical environment.
  • Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Generate service contract renewals and support recurring revenue streams.
  • Identify opportunities to offer value-added services, such as remote monitoring, analytics platforms, or system upgrades.
  • Educate clients on new products and services within the automation portfolio.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers or transitioning from installation to service agreements.
  • Track service contracts, warranties, and maintenance schedules
  • Report on service sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
  • Develop and pursue new sales opportunities through provided leads while expanding sales in existing accounts.
  • Work closely with technical teams (engineering, field technicians) to understand service requirements and relay customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM while reporting service sales, pipeline and forecast revenue.
  • Coordinate with project managers to meet customer expectations.
