As our Sales Manager, you will proactively pursue and build relationships with potential customers as your number one goal! You will identify complex technology solutions utilizing our industry-leading support system to ensure their sustainable growth. You will also provide direction to field personnel (maintenance mechanics, helpers, and repair crews) as it pertains to maintenance & repair projects and supervise routing (loading jobs, appropriate backups , and 100% jobs).

Requirements

  • 3+ years progressive and successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment.
  • An appetite for learning an exciting and new field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to motivate people to attain their maximum potential.
  • Familiarity with or interest in learning a solution selling methodology, such as Sandler.
  • Familiarity with or interest in learning technological tools such as CRM.
