The Service Account Executive is responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of new and existing clients by providing customized signage and lighting service solutions. This role requires proactive prospecting, strategic account management, and excellent customer service to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-driven, and skilled at building long-term relationships with clients. As a Service Account Executive, you will start your day by reviewing potential leads and planning outreach to prospective clients. Your work will include cold calling, meeting with business owners, and presenting tailored service solutions. You’ll also follow up on existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services. Throughout the day, you’ll collaborate with night patrollers, service technicians, operations, and management to coordinate project execution and maintain high-quality service delivery. This role offers a dynamic mix of independent sales efforts and team collaboration, providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
