The Service Account Executive is responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of new and existing clients by providing customized signage and lighting service solutions. This role requires proactive prospecting, strategic account management, and excellent customer service to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, results-driven, and skilled at building long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in signage, lighting, electrical, or a related industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey technical information effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Windows-based software and Google-run programs.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • A degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their signage and lighting service needs.
  • Provide expert consultation on service solutions, including maintenance and repair options.
  • Conduct site visits to assess signage and lighting conditions and provide accurate service recommendations.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing structures to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance metrics and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide innovative solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
