About The Position

Join Our Team as a Service Representative! Do you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and not being stuck behind a desk all day? If so, this could be the perfect role for you! We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Rep to support our customer accounts in the Montgomery, AL area. Must be able to work 7:30am - 4:30pm. As a Service Rep, you’ll be out in the field at client locations, serving as the face of Endries. Your day will include: Inventory Management, Logistics Coordination, Stock Optimization, Solution Implementation, Product Stocking & Service, Order Processing, Material Handling, Customer Support, Order Entry & Expediting, Relationship Building, Customer Engagement, and Professionalism. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • This is an active role suited for someone who enjoys staying on their feet and moving throughout the day

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Manage deliveries, schedules, and ensure timely and accurate product distribution.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and identify inventory gaps or excesses.
  • Install, configure, and manage inventory management solutions such as Vending, VMI (Vendor‑Managed Inventory), and crib systems.
  • Stock delivered products, service inventory stations, and ensure all customer locations are properly maintained.
  • Scan and download product orders to support efficient replenishment and workflow accuracy.
  • Safely and efficiently load and unload materials.
  • Assist customers via phone, email, or in person to resolve issues and maintain strong service relationships.
  • Enter orders into the system, expedite customer orders, manage expedites, and review demand schedules.
  • Develop strong working relationships with customer contacts across multiple locations within the plant.
  • Improve customer relations through proactive communication and consistent involvement in meeting their requirements.
  • Maintain a positive attitude with customers and fellow associates.
  • Other duties as assigned.
