About The Position

The Service Representative supports the Institutional Life Client Care Team by managing policy transactions and servicing requests for in-force BOLI and COLI products. This role ensures accurate and timely processing while maintaining a high level of service for internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include processing policy changes, reconciling transaction activity, and phone support. The role also partners with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, financial services, or insurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must obtain FINRA Series 6 license within 12 months of hire.
  • Must complete LOMA courses 1 and 2 within 12 months of hire.
  • FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years equivalent related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process policy transactions, including premium payments, fund transfers, and contract changes.
  • Reconcile daily transaction activity and ensure accuracy across systems.
  • Prepare and provide policy value reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate premium capacity and funding to ensure compliance with contract and tax limits.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support client requests.
  • Maintain accurate policy records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
