Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Basic first aid, AED and CPR required within thirty (30) days of date of hire.

Nice To Haves

At least one year experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

Serves as primary point of contact for department patron service.
Assists patrons with inquiries and other related needs.
Responds to telephone requests and assists patrons with a wide variety of questions.
Collects payments for facility visits, activities, and related transactions.
Creates, maintains and performs data entry into the RecTrac System.
Maintains administrative records and files related to facility operations.
Processes financial transactions for primary registration center and maintains all transaction history.
Accepts payments and balances start up cash in drawer and drop.
May assist in performing light maintenance or cleaning duties as needed during shift.
May assist patrons with other Parks and Recreation transactions or needs.
Maintains safety by following LSPR guidelines, policies and procedures.
Attends regularly scheduled staff meetings.
Ensures enforcement of rules and regulations of LSPR.
Performs all other related duties as assigned.
