The role also requires responding to member inquiries, concerns, and complaints accurately and concisely, and directing members to appropriate departments. Additionally, the Service Representative will handle correspondence, compile information, maintain files, and enter data into electronic or manual systems. They may assist the Branch Manager, respond to inquiries via various channels, and assist in training new representatives. Compliance with the Bank Secrecy and Anti Money Laundering Acts is mandatory, including monitoring for illegal activity. Other duties as assigned are also part of the role.
