Service Representative
About The Position
Do you enjoy some hands-on work and not being stuck in an office and behind a computer all day? If you answered yes to these questions, come join our team as a Service Rep and play a key role in our success to deliver superior service to our customer accounts! This position will service customers in the Greenwood, MS area. As a Service Rep you will be on-site, front-facing, at our locations to service and stock delivered products, scan and download product orders, unload and load material as required. You will also need to respond to a variety of customer needs via phone, email and/or in-person.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- The ability to repeatedly lift up to 30lbs - 50lbs and work on your feet 50%-75% of the day
Responsibilities
- Service and stock delivered products
- Scan and download product orders
- Unload and load material as required
- Respond to a variety of customer needs via phone, email and/or in-person
