About The Position

The Title Service Representative II is responsible for conducting effective follow-up for motor vehicle titles. This includes communication with customers, clients, motor vehicle dealers, and motor vehicle agency personnel. The role processes requests received through the client portal, as well as email requests. The representative is responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, DMVs, or the agents of the client. Requirements

  • HS Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • 2-4 years' experience (administrative).
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Data Entry and/or Clerical experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization.
  • Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image.
  • Ability to meet expected production guidelines.

Nice To Haves

  • DMV or car dealership or title experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting effective follow-up for motor vehicle titles.
  • Communicating with customers, clients, motor vehicle dealers, and motor vehicle agency personnel.
  • Processing requests received through the client portal, as well as email requests.
  • Handling incoming calls from customers, DMVs, or the agents of the client.
  • Processing repossession applications and affidavits and shipping applications to the DMV or Tag Agent to obtain a repossession title.
  • Sending customers and dealers Release of Liens, copy of titles and contracts via Fed Ex, fax or e-mail.
  • Reassigning title to new dealer and adding to dealer shipment.
  • Processing reporting for client needs.
  • Handling complex and escalated account issues.
