About The Position
Universal Blower Pac, Inc. is seeking a full-time, on-site Service & Repair Technician based in Noblesville, IN. This role is primarily responsible for the diagnostic analysis, repair, and preventive maintenance of blowers and related equipment, mainly in our shop, with occasional work at customer locations. The work is similar to small engine repair. In addition, this position serves as a backup to our Field Service Technician, providing onsite support for start-up, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer assistance as needed.
Requirements
- Experience with equipment maintenance, mechanical repair, or similar hands-on work
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Solid communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Experience with industrial equipment or pneumatic systems is a plus
- Technical training or certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair blower systems
- Document service work and maintain detailed reports
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Assist with field service work when needed
