Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Service Repair Technician, Flexible Robotics-related occupation.
  • ISTQB-BCS Certified Tester Foundation Level Certificate required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate required.
  • Configuring computer hardware and software
  • Jira, MES, Share Point, JAMA, Air Table, Cerdaac tools calibration and Agile PLM
  • SAP HANA and Sales Force
  • Robotic platforms testing and repairing
  • Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
  • Robotic surgical medical devices domain, including Physician HID, Console, Table, Arm, Tower, and Tool.
  • Assembling and disassembling the HID sub system joint links LB+L0, L1+L2, Position platform, L3 link, L4 link, L5 link and Grasper
  • HID subsystem repair, including Gimbal joint integration, HID assembly, Absolute Encoder post-calibration, NVM utility, Kinematic calibration, Gravity calibration, Burn-In, RLS Encoder calibration, and Netzer Encoder calibration
  • Medical device quality testing
  • Product Lifecycle Management, including design, development, customization, and implementation
  • Scrum methodology, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies, along with software test management and defect management tools, comprises Jira, Microsoft ADODB, and HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).

Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting, testing, and repair of Robotic Platforms at the subsystem, interface, and component levels.
  • Assist with documenting test plans, results, conclusions, and traceability to product requirements and design specifications.
  • Analyze test failures, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and verify corrective actions.
  • Establish customer satisfaction through excellence in the repair and support of customer products.
  • Support the Quality System and Quality Policy by following procedures/work instructions and creating records that meet the requirements of the Quality Management System.
  • Maintain inventory, tools, certified test equipment, and items related to the Service Repair Depot.
  • Provide assistance with failure analysis of RMAs and properly document findings.
  • Follow all applicable work instructions; set up and operate machines, equipment, and fixtures to perform repair and testing processes.
  • Provide detailed symptom descriptions for failures uncovered during functional testing and calibration to assist in component-level troubleshooting.
  • Conduct quality inspections of own or others’ work to ensure workmanship standards are met.
  • Support software and firmware installation, with the ability to troubleshoot software issues.
  • Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) to assembly, test records, and related documentation.
  • Identify and escalate nonconforming products and support root cause investigations alongside manufacturing engineering.
