About The Position

Performs functions associated with service calibration and repair operations for the service depot repair department. Person will handle customer calibrations, repairs and warranty service for flow and vacuum products. Use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment. Prepare service report to include information provided by customer, as found conditions, methods/steps used to correct and final calibration data.

Requirements

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
Candidate must be able to use communication software and equipment to include email, Microsoft Teams, ERP system and Microsoft office. (especially Word & Excel)
Candidate must be able to work independently with little supervision
Candidate must possess U.S. citizenship or be a "U.S. Person". (A U.S. Person is defined as a person who is a lawful permanent resident “Green Card holder” as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1101 (a)(20) or who is a ”Protected Individual” as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Nice To Haves

Associates degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent vocational or technical training with at least 1-2 years’ experience is preferred.
Familiarity with electrical and mechanical schematics, drawings or assemblies a plus
Basic Knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100 is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and calibration on vacuum and flow equipment.
Read and interpret schematics and mechanical drawings.
Inspect, test, and clean all finished instruments prior to shipment.
Achieve department goals as they relate to quality and productivity measurements.
Interact with multiple departments to include Engineering, Production Teams, Quality, and Sales to relay problems and offer possible solutions.
