Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior experience in a regulated environment (i.e. medical device, pharmaceutical) preferred.
  • 2–5 years of supply planning, inventory planning, materials management, or procurement experience — preferably supporting service/repair or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience working with, managing, and implementing ERP/MRP systems, (SAP, JDE XE, MDS&R) strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Knowledge of global logistics, customs processes, and international shipping documentation. (XPS knowledge preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage supplier interactions and resolve fulfillment issues (back orders, discrepancies, returns).
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work across multiple time zones.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; experience coordinating with global, cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proactive, results-oriented self-starter who takes initiative to solve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Intake Service Depot Orders and validate them against available inventory and planned replenishment.
  • Execute manual allocation logic and distribute repair components to global depots.
  • Collaborate with the Service & Repair Replenishment Planner to resolve any Service & Repair depot backorders and respond to fulfillment issues raised by depot stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Track shipments to global depots and monitor on-time delivery and identify exceptions.
  • Work with transportation partners to resolve customs holds and expedite international shipments.
  • Create and process service depot sales orders and shipments in ERP systems to close fulfillment loop.
  • Communicate status updates and escalate supply or fulfillment risks to stakeholders as needed.
  • Resolve sales order-to-invoice discrepancies, returns, quality issues, and supplier non-conformances for global service depots, coordinating with S&R Replenishment Planner and depot stakeholders to achieve timely corrective actions.
