Requirements
- General knowledge of basic processes and business principles.
- Knowledge of chemistry, materials, process flows and petroleum engineering concepts.
- Ability to work and communicate well with others.
- Successfully completes required training through participation in the LEAD–Field Specialist Development Program, which includes in-depth training activities focused on HS&E, compliance, oilfield industry and basic product line products and services.
Nice To Haves
- Two-year Technical College Degree or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Under supervisor direction, provides support to measure product performance of existing programs.
- Conducting and reporting product field test results.
- Monitoring product tests and operating parameters and records and/or communicates results to supervisor.
- Conducting maintenance on equipment as directed.
- Completing product inventory management practices, which may include inventory reporting, ordering, and delivery.
- Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
