Requirements

  • General knowledge of basic processes and business principles.
  • Knowledge of chemistry, materials, process flows and petroleum engineering concepts.
  • Ability to work and communicate well with others.
  • Successfully completes required training through participation in the LEAD–Field Specialist Development Program, which includes in-depth training activities focused on HS&E, compliance, oilfield industry and basic product line products and services.

Nice To Haves

  • Two-year Technical College Degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Under supervisor direction, provides support to measure product performance of existing programs.
  • Conducting and reporting product field test results.
  • Monitoring product tests and operating parameters and records and/or communicates results to supervisor.
  • Conducting maintenance on equipment as directed.
  • Completing product inventory management practices, which may include inventory reporting, ordering, and delivery.
  • Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
