Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Previous receptionist, customer service, or appointment coordinator experience preferred.
Toyota or automotive dealership experience is a plus.
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and service recommendations preferred.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Schedule service appointments and assist customers with their service needs.
Contact customers using recall and service due call lists.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document appointment information.
Review vehicle service history and maintenance schedules.
Recommend routine maintenance based on Toyota guidelines.
Communicate effectively with the Service, Sales, Parts, and Body Shop departments using Microsoft Teams and dealership systems.
Coordinate customer shuttle transportation and rental vehicles.
Follow Toyota and dealership service processes and procedures.
Complete required Toyota manufacturer training and certification programs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every interaction.
