About The Position

The Service Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers visiting Georgica Auto Holdings' service department, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably within the automotive industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using computer systems and scheduling software.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with tact and diplomacy.
Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival, both in person and over the phone.
Schedule service appointments efficiently and accurately, managing the service calendar.
Collect and verify customer information and vehicle details for service write-ups.
Clearly explain service options, costs, and estimated completion times to customers.
Answer customer inquiries regarding service status, repairs, and general vehicle maintenance.
Process service invoices, handle payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
Liaise between customers and service technicians, ensuring clear communication.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries for the service department.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Assist with other administrative tasks as required by the service manager.
