About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is hiring a Service Receptionist to join their service team at Kendall Auto Mall of Fairbanks. This role is in a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. Kendall Auto Group is a large, family-owned and operated dealership group and a premier employer in Fairbanks.
Requirements
- High level customer service experience
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Strong work ethics
- Strong communication skills
- Work history showing strong customer service experience
- Comfortable on the phone, taking up to 30 calls per hour
Responsibilities
- Fielding all calls for the service department
- Answering client questions
- Connecting clients with the correct service advisor
- Taking messages as needed
- Greeting clients in person occasionally
- Completing outbound calls to schedule service recall appointments
- Providing service updates
