A Service Provisioning & Field Support Specialist (Network Specialist) on the Technical Service Support (TSS) Team is a highly technical, entry-level position who will be responsible for completing small, well defined network design, engineering, configuration, and operational tasks and projects on TDS’s combined voice/video/data network infrastructure. The schedule for this position will consist of either five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week. TSS operates during weekends, evenings, and holidays; employees may be required to work during these times based on business needs. There may also be additional time required during busy times of the year as well as participation in an on-call rotation. This position has the ability to work remotely in any of the 40+ States in which TDS Telecom operates.
