This role combines hands-on maintenance expertise with extensive project management responsibilities, ensuring that both routine operations and significant projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with leading industry standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
  • 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience; project management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction.
  • EPA Universal Certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders.
  • Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor conditions.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Generate scopes of work, cost estimates, and client facing proposals
  • Evaluate and manage project risk while executing contracts
  • Ensure project performance achieves stakeholder, financial, quality, and safety goals
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and onsite teams to ensure timely project execution
  • Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with clients, trade partners, and team members
  • Ensure the actions of yourself and your team reflect and enhance SynergyBuilt's desired culture
  • Lead, Manage, and Hold yourself and your team Accountable in a manner that embodies the core values of SynergyBuilt and leads to professional growth
  • Assist in the forecasting, recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of team members
  • Assist in managing the performance, compensation, and disciplinary track of direct reports
