About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Service Project Manager to support clients of multifamily residential communities. This role combines hands-on maintenance expertise with extensive project management responsibilities, ensuring that both routine operations and significant projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with leading industry standards.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience; project management experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general construction.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders.
Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor conditions.

Nice To Haves

EPA Universal Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Generate scopes of work, cost estimates, and client facing proposals
Evaluate and manage project risk while executing contracts
Ensure project performance achieves stakeholder, financial, quality, and safety goals
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and onsite teams to ensure timely project execution
Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with clients, trade partners, and team members
Ensure the actions of yourself and your team reflect and enhance SynergyBuilt's desired culture
Lead, Manage, and Hold yourself and your team Accountable in a manner that embodies the core values of SynergyBuilt and leads to professional growth
Assist in the forecasting, recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of team members
Assist in managing the performance, compensation, and disciplinary track of direct reports
