About The Position

We are a growing, professional home improvement company seeking a highly skilled, customer-focused Service Professional to complete small to mid-size projects while identifying larger opportunities. This is not a “patch-and-go” handyman role. Our technicians are trained to deliver a premium client experience, build trust and uncover additional project opportunities, and increase average job size through professional recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong carpentry skills (required)
• Experience in drywall, tile, and general repairs
• Own standard tools of the trade
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workflow
• Valid driver’s license (clean record)

Nice To Haves

• 10+ years of paid experience in residential trades (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Complete carpentry, drywall, tile, and general home repairs
• Perform light remodeling and upgrade work
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to confirm scope and expectations
• Follow a structured on-site process to identify additional work
• Manage time effectively to hit daily production goals
• Deliver clean, professional, high-quality results
